Chose your intensity


  • complete one sweat+push round


  • complete three sweat+push rounds
  • 2-minute walking rest in between rounds


Whether you're pressed for time or really just dread the idea of cardio, give this workout a try. This is a great warmup to a heavy lifting day or nice on a recovery day.
