This is a remedy that was made from research as well as trail and error. Ginger, garlic and turmeric is your ultimate go to for health all year round. Turmeric + Raw Honey boost anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial properties, with honey providing a soothing sensations for the throat where coughs are concerned. Ginger is there to heat you up and help with digestion, causing that "warmth from the inside" feeling that make you feel great while you take care of yourself and your health. Lemon, of course, is your Vitamin C powerhouse which is all essential in helping your immune system fight off an cold or flu.

  • 1oz ginger juice
  • ½ oz garlic juice
  • 1oz lemon juice
  • 1oz turmeric
  • ½ oz apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp raw honey 
  • ¼ tsp pink himilayan sea salt
  • 1 cup hot water


  1. mix the ginger, garlic, and lemon juices
  2. Add turmeric, cayenne, black pepper, salt and vinegar to the juice mixture
  3. combine in the hot water
  4. sip slowly, caution it's hot!
