Do you swallow your toothpaste?

Think for a second. Why was your answer no? Or perhaps more bluntly: that's a stupid question. Most likely it was because as far back as you can remember, you were always taught to spit out the toothpaste. Something in it is not good for your body. And that something is said to be fluoride. 


So what exactly is fluoride? Fluoride is a natural mineral largely found in soil, water, and all throughout nature. However the fluoride that is currently added to most public drinking water is probably one of the most toxic things we come in contact with, due to the excessive levels ingested on a daily basis.


Who's really drinking tap water?

At a cost of $1-$2 per gallon, bottled water is at least 300 times more expensive than tap water. So it comes as no surprise that most people are drinking tap water at record levels. When polled 9 out of 10 people used tap water in everyday activity including cleaning, cooking, showering and much more.  

Side effects of fluoride in the body

Although naturally occurring, fluoride intake cannot really be assessed as there's no way to police how much water a person is actually drinking in a day or how long their showers are. Typical side effects of over fluoridation are, but not limited to: 

  • Fluorosis
  • Arthritis
  • Nervous System problems
